The education system for all Study Programs within Universitas Trisakti is the Semester Credit System (Sistem Kredit Semester = SKS), which can be defined as an education administration system that uses semester credit units (credits) to state the student study load, student learning experience, lecturer workload, and program implementation load.

The curriculum used by all Study Programs within the scope of Universitas Trisakti is a competency-based curriculum that refers to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional = KKNI). The characteristics of the learning process carried out are interactive, holistic, integrative, scientific, contextual, thematic, effective, collaborative, and student-centered so that students become subjects of study or student center learning (SCL). SCL aims to apply the principles of lifelong learning by learning skills that can be used to develop self-ability independently.

The learning method used is “Cooperative” and “Collaborative Learning System” which direct students to active learning.
